If you’re like most of our customers, after a long day away from home, this is the meal where you usually “go wrong”. Let us take the guesswork (actually all the work) out of your evening meal. Dinner includes a main dish with a hearty serving of protein and vegetables. Our dinners are ready in a couple of minutes. Just unpack, heat up your main course and dinner is served!
Phase 1,consist of 4 oz. of protein plus vegetables. Extra Protein is 6 oz. Since Phase 1 is restricted, we recommend staying on this phase for at least 2 weeks.
Phase 2, consist of 4 oz. of protein plus either vegetables or low carb starches such as brown rice, sweet potatoes or whole wheat pasta. Extra Protein is 6 oz. We recommend starting on phase 1, however you may begin with Phase 2 category.
