Q. When are your delivery days?
A. Our delivery schedule are Saturdays and Wednesdays between 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Q. When are your cut off days to place an order ?
A. Our cut off days are as follows. For Saturday delivery  an order should be placed by Thursday before midnight, and for Wednesday delivery on Monday before midnight. 

Q. How often are your meals cooked?
A. All our meals are cooked fresh on a daily basis.

Q. I get bored easily. How often do you change your menu?
A. Our menu changes on a weekly basis although we do rotate certain "favorites".

Q. I'm allergic to (insert allergy here). Can you alter the menu to accommodate my allergies?
A. Exceptions can be made for most food allergies or dislikes.

Q. I'm a on the move type of person. What if I need to cancel a meal?
Cancellations must be made via phone or email by Sunday evening or 48 hours in advance of any meal (excluding HCG) being canceled. Meals of the HCG program cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Q. What if I have to step out? What will the driver do with my food?
A. If for any reason someone is not available to receive the food, a cooler bag should be left at the door with a ice pack.

Q. What is Phase 1?
A. Phase 1 consists of 4 oz. of protein plus vegetables. Extra food for Phase 1 is 6 oz. of protein plus vegetables. Since Phase 1 is carb restricted, we recommend staying on this phase for at least 2 weeks; however you may choose to stay on Phase 1 as long as you like.

Q. What is Phase 2?
A. Phase 2 consists of 4 oz. of protein plus either vegetables or low carb starches such as brown rice, sweet potatoes or whole-wheat pasta. Extra food for Phase 2 is 6 oz. of protein plus either vegetables or low carb starches such as brown rice, sweet potatoes or whole-wheat pasta. We recommend starting on Phase 1; however, you may choose to begin with Phase 2.

A. Lyfestyle Catering currently delivers to the following areas: Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Cutler Bay, Homestead, Doral, Kendall, Key Biscayne, Pinecrest, Miami Beach, South Beach, South Miami, West Miami, Sunny Isles, Aventura.
