Phase 1,consist of 4 oz. of protein plus vegetables. Extra Protein is 6oz. Since Phase 1 is restricted, we recommend staying on this phase for at least 2 weeks.
Phase 2, consist of 4 oz. of protein plus either vegetables or low carb starches such as brown rice, sweet potatoes or whole wheat pasta. Extra Protein is 6oz. We recommend starting on phase 1, however you may begin with Phase 2 category.
