For those who do not have time to prepare their meals on the HCG program, we cater your meals following the established protocols of the HCG diet program so you don't have to try and figure out the proper ingredients, portions, cooking, etc, Thus allowing you to focus on just your weight loss journey. A hassle free experience that allows you to relax and watch your progress as the days go by.

Your meals are prepared in accordance to the protocols you are following. Everything from the allowed proteins and vegetables servings that are carefully portioned out and cooked under the direction of our Chef's, to make sure that your meal is not just a diet program, but a flavorful and enjoyable dish. You will think you are cheating. But don't worry, you're not. 

We provide you with a plan that supports you through the 2 critical dieting phases of the HCG diet plan:

(1) Maintenance phase which is 21 days and up - (No Sugar, Starches or fried foods during the maintenance phase).

(2) Stabilization Phase (not restricted to 21 days) - Ongoing maintenance - 800 calories for women and 1000 calories for men (avoid sugar and starch to keep the weight stable). 

All of Lyfestyle's HCG Diet meal plans are for 7 days a week meals with no breaks until you finish a phase. Minimum number of days per phase is 21 days.

All HCG meals are shipped on THURSDAY'S. The cut off for you to place your order is SATURDAY by 5:00PM EST. You will receive the meals to your home or your office every FRIDAY morning so your freshly cooked meals remain fresh for you throughout  week.
